Solar Community cooking system.

Description
These are usually concave disks that focus the light onto the bottom of a pot. The advantage is that foods cook about as fast as on a conventional stove. The disadvantage is that they are complicated to make, they must be focused often to follow the sun, and they can cause burns and eye injury if not used correctly. Some of these concerns have recently been reduced.
Major Components
The major components of the cooker will be as below :
Reflecting Bow
It is a parabolic dish made of reflecting sheets supported on suitable rings for holding them in a fixed position. The sheets are joined together in such a way that they automatically form the parabolic shape. The structure and frame of the bowl are made strong so that the reflectors do not get deformed while turning it in various directions. -]

   Features & Benefits
Can be used for frying and grill cooking.
Cooking platform remains automatically within the focal area – Safe and convenient for usage
Tracking by shadow indicator – No need to look into the reflectors for tracking towards sun
Reflector adopts short focal distances and long tracking intervals – No need to track the cooker during cooking time.
Reflector area is located within the reflector – Reaches 150°C very fast ensuring quick cooking
Adjustable Unique Pot holder – Different Vessel sizes could be used
No need to wait for hours after keeping utensils in sunshine
Use of pressure cooker up to 12 liters capacity cooks, rice, dal and other food within half an hour in good sunshine
Also useful for sterilization
User friendly, easy to move and clean
Safe to operate and durable
Effectively useful from one hour after sunrise to one hour before sunset
Uses highly reflective aluminium surface to increase efficiency
Useful for urban, rural as well as tribal areas for use in households, community kitchen, hostels, hotels, remote camps and the like.
